Job Description
50 hourly Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Install electrical controls and panel boxes. Replace and repair electrical controls and panel boxes. Install underground wiring and cables. Keep maintenance reports and documentation. Splice, join and connect wires. Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits. Troubleshoot and isolate faults. Connect power to audio and visual equipment. Install surface mount and/or overhead cables. Estimate costs and materials.
Conduct preventive maintenance programs. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Electrician Trade Certification. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for newcomers and refugees: Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees . Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . 50 HOUR hourly / 40 hours per week - Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time - Starts as soon as possible - vacancies 1 vacancy - Source Job Bank #3567365 - Cheltenham, ON Overview Languages English Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 7 months to less than 1 year On site Work must be completed at the physical location.
