Job Description

27 hourly *Summary* We are currently looking for a Registered 442A Electrical Apprentice who has completed 4000 hours.

*Responsibilities* * Assist with the maintenance, repair and installation of industrial electrical systems and equipment * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical drawings, and technical manuals * Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and control system issues under supervision * Install and maintain electrical wiring, conduit, cable trays, panels, and control devices * Assist with testing and commissioning electrical equipment and machinery * Perform preventative maintenance on motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, and production equipment * Support the diagnosis and repair of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, and automated systems * Use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and clamp meters * Follow the Ontario Electrical Safety Code, company policies, and health and safety procedures * Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders as required * Work collaboratively with maintenance, production, engineering, and operations teams to minimize downtime * Assist senior electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems.

* Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. * Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all tasks. * Document work progress and report issues to supervisors. * Contribute to continuous improvement of electrical processes. jk=c1577b38697d65d2&sid=cajb&kw=cajb
