What You'll Be Doing Maintain a continual focus on safety and adhere to all company environmental, health, and safety policies, including daily safety analysis and mitigation. Read blueprints, circuit diagrams, and codes to layout and build commercial electrical systems.
Install conduit, cable trays, brackets, and hangers; pull wire through walls, floors, and conduit. Connect fixtures, switches, relays, panels, and heavy equipment (. Test circuit continuity for safety and compatibility. Troubleshoot and isolate system faults to replace components. Keep work areas clean and safe, coordinate with site teams, and mentor apprentices on the job. What You Need to Succeed Journeyperson or Red Seal Electrician certification.
5+ years of experience as a commercial electrician (industrial experience is a plus). Expert print-reading, sharp troubleshooting skills, and the ability to handle QA/QC and safety paperwork. Absolute reliability (on time, every day), a strong work ethic, and a professional attitude under pressure. Valid driver's license Safety tickets (Fall Protection, AWP, First Aid) are highly preferred. #INDHP
