*JOB SUMMARY* The 309A Licensed Electrician plays a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality electrical work across residential, commercial, and service projects. This role is responsible for completing installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in full compliance with ESA code requirements and Ivy League Electric standards.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical skill, professionalism on-site, and a team-first attitude while supporting apprentices and contributing to a clean, respectful client experience. *JOB REQUIREMENTS* _Include, but are not limited to:_ * Perform electrical installations, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting across residential, commercial, and renovation projects. * Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project scope to complete work accurately and efficiently.

* Ensure all work is completed in compliance with ESA code requirements, safety regulations, and company quality standards. * Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites that reflect The Ivy League Way. * Communicate clearly with team leads, management, apprentices, office staff, clients, and other trades. * Identify issues, deficiencies, or potential risks early and communicate them proactively. s space.

* Support project timelines by working productively, staying organized, and using materials responsibly. * Mentor and guide apprentices through hands-on training, safe work practices, and professional expectations. * Accurately track time, materials, job progress, and any site changes as required. * Represent Ivy League Electric in a polished, professional, and respectful manner on every site. * Follow company procedures for tools, equipment, jobsite safety, and client communication.

*Qualifications & Requirements* * 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician License required. s license with reliable transportation. * Strong knowledge of ESA code requirements and electrical safety standards. * Experience in residential and commercial electrical work. * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. * Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
