Company: Finning Canada Number of Openings: 2 Worker Type: Permanent Position Overview: Finning is seeking Heavy Duty Mechanics / Electrician Dual Ticket (preferred) to support our Mining client in Nunavut. In this role, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment and CAT C-175 Prime power units. 4 would be considered an asset Completion of Finning S-Levels, Failure Analysis, Machine Electronic Controls or Tier 4 training would be considered an asset Previous Caterpillar power generation or mining experience would be considered an asset Important Details: Schedule: 12 Hours per Day - Paid on a 5x2 schedule 14x14 Continuous Day Shift / Night Shift Rotation Travel Assistance to get to marshalling point (tax free) Up to $1,200 per rotation (to cover associated costs of getting to marshalling point) Customer flights provided from Edmonton or Yellowknife Customer Camp provided At Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
