Maintenance Technician - Electrician (Commercial)

Job Description

SUMMARY Reporting to the manager/supervisor, the Electrician is responsible for performing maintenance, routine and on-demand services, including installing and repairing electrical wiring and devices related to building. The incumbent will also be required to perform other general trade duties as directed.

The Electrician is also responsible for performing work in accordance with established processes and practices and for complying with internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection.

At this position level: - Performs a variety of service work in one or more specialized building systems such as mechanical, electrical / electronic, or machine servicing, etc - Certified Electrician - Works from drawings, schematics, blueprints, job layouts and/or verbal instructions and operates a variety of tools and machines incidental to operations.
