You have strong troubleshooting skills and you approach challenges with curiosity and care. (This means that when things go wrong on the job, and the plan you went in with needs to be totally re-worked, you don’t freak out or get angry, but rather get curious and ask for support and suggestions if needed). You’re comfortable working at heights (with provided safety gear) and tight spaces and you hold a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Leadership & Communication You bring a positive, collaborative attitude to the job site and value clear communication and mutual respect. You’re ready to lead and mentor apprentices with patience and teamwork. You take safety seriously, always keeping both your crew and customers protected. You communicate clearly and respectfully with everyone you encounter on the job, understanding that our reputation is built on trust and service. You are attentive to how you present yourself to customers and understand that you communicate as much with your appearance and attitude as you do with your words and your quality of work. You are fluent in English, and French is a significant asset in our service region, but it is not required.
